General Assembly M30 in Turku

The M30 General Assembly of the HARMLESS project brought together its partners in Turku (Finland) on 13th and 14th June 2023. The two-day gathering was intense and filled with very interesting presentations highlighting the latest project developments, and fruitful discussions on future endeavours.

The assembly served as an excellent platform not only for showcasing the progress made in the different work packages in the last months but also for engaging in productive discussions to shape the project’s trajectory to define the next steps to be taken, ensuring a coordinated and strategic approach.

Additionally, HARMLESS’ Early Career Researchers took the initiative to organize a special pitch session, providing an opportunity for them to present their work. This session, complemented by a poster exhibition, allowed these talented researchers to showcase their contributions and receive valuable feedback from the rest of the team.

Special thanks to Wan-Seob Cho and Annie Jarabek, members of the HARMLESS Advisory Board, for their personal presence in Turku. Their willingness to travel and provide in-person guidance and advice greatly enhanced the assembly’s value.

Finally, we would like to thank our colleagues from Misvik and Karolinska Institute, Vesa Hongisto and Roland Grafström, for hosting the meeting at an exceptional location. Their warm hospitality and effective organization contributed significantly to the meeting’s success.
